Buggyverse is operated by Spartan IT LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must meet minimum legal digital consent age requirements in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You must follow Buggyverse Rules, moderation decisions, and platform safety requirements.
  • Abuse, harassment, hate, NSFW/NSFL, cheating services, evasion, or illegal content/activity is prohibited.

3. Moderation & Enforcement

  • Spartan IT LLC may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts for rule violations.
  • Enforcement may be immediate for severe violations.
  • Attempts to evade penalties may result in broader enforcement across related accounts.

4. Scolding Mode & Accountability Features

  • Scolding/accountability features are productivity and community-safety tools, not medical, psychiatric, or crisis-intervention services.
  • Automated prompts, warnings, and enforcement actions may be generated by rule-based and AI-assisted systems and can be imperfect.
  • Scolding-mode photos/snapshots may be collected temporarily for policy enforcement and are deleted after short-term retention.
  • You are responsible for your personal decisions, device setup, and environment controls (including secondary devices or bypass methods).
  • Buggyverse does not guarantee prevention of relapse, harmful behavior, or policy evasion.
  • For emergencies, self-harm risk, or mental health crises, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

5. Service Availability

  • We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. User Content

  • You retain rights to your content, but grant Buggyverse a limited license to process/store/display it to operate the service.
  • You are responsible for content you publish or share.

7. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buggyverse is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Spartan IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may terminate/suspend access for violations, abuse, or legal/security reasons.

9. Governing Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
