Buggyverse is operated by Spartan IT LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must meet minimum legal digital consent age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, login methods, and connected devices.

2. Accounts, Access, and Security

• We may offer account access through email/password, Google sign-in, or other approved login methods.
• You must not share access credentials, misrepresent identity, or try to bypass account, device, rate-limit, or moderation controls.
• Security checks such as email verification, abuse-prevention checks, and device-based restrictions are part of the service terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must follow Buggyverse Rules, moderation decisions, and platform safety requirements.
• Abuse, harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam, impersonation, doxxing, cheating services, illegal activity, and NSFW/NSFL or exploitative content are prohibited.
• You must not use Buggyverse to distribute malware, scrape the service without authorization, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users’ access.
• No ban/timeout evasion through alternate accounts, alternate devices, shared credentials, or cross-platform/account-linking workarounds.

4. Social Posts, Comments, and Community Features

• Buggyverse may allow user-generated social content, including public posts, public-unlisted posts, friends-only/private posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, room chat, profiles, and moderation reports.
• Posting or commenting access may be gated by product rules, including streak- or tenure-based unlock requirements such as the current 7-day social posting gate.
• We may limit visibility, hold content for review, down-rank, unpublish, remove, or delete content that violates rules, creates safety risk, or conflicts with platform goals.
• If you submit content, you represent that you have the rights needed to post it and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

• Spartan IT LLC may warn, suspend, restrict, shadow-limit, remove content, disable features, or permanently ban accounts for rule violations or safety concerns.
• Enforcement may be immediate for severe violations or repeated abuse.
• Moderation may rely on user reports, staff review, rule-based systems, and AI-assisted text/image classification or routing.
• Attempts to evade penalties may result in broader enforcement across related accounts, devices, sessions, or identifiers reasonably linked to abuse.
• If available in-product, suspension or ban appeals are limited, discretionary, and do not guarantee reinstatement.

6. Accountability, Rooms, and Productivity Features

• Scolding/accountability features are productivity and community-safety tools, not medical, psychiatric, or crisis-intervention services.
• Automated prompts, warnings, room-state actions, and enforcement actions may be generated by rule-based and AI-assisted systems and can be imperfect.
• Scolding-mode photos/snapshots may be collected temporarily for policy enforcement and are deleted after short-term retention.
• You are responsible for your personal decisions, device setup, and environment controls (including secondary devices or bypass methods).
• Buggyverse does not guarantee prevention of relapse, harmful behavior, or policy evasion.
• For emergencies, self-harm risk, or mental health crises, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

7. Service Availability

• We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Service behavior, moderation thresholds, eligibility gates, analytics, and integrations may change as the product evolves.

8. User Content and Limited License

• You retain rights to your content, but grant Buggyverse a limited license to process/store/display it to operate the service.
• This includes hosting, formatting, caching, reviewing, moderating, securing, and displaying submitted content to the audience level you selected or that our systems lawfully apply.
• You are responsible for content you publish, message, upload, or otherwise share.

9. Privacy, Analytics, and Diagnostics

• Use of Buggyverse is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
• By using the service, you acknowledge that Buggyverse may use analytics, diagnostics, and error-monitoring tools to understand product usage, detect abuse, and investigate reliability issues.
• We may collect and use device/session identifiers, cookies, IP/device history, and related technical metadata for authentication, safety, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, and incident response.

10. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buggyverse is provided “as is” without warranties.
• Spartan IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may terminate/suspend access for violations, abuse, or legal/security reasons.

12. Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect new features, moderation systems, safety practices, analytics, integrations, or legal requirements. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
